Investigating - Avalara has posted an alert that some customers are experiencing issues receiving tax calculations from the Communications platform. Avalara’s Site Reliability Engineering team is actively investigating the issue. They will share additional information on the Status page as soon as it is available. Vindicia will update this post as soon as we hear from Avalara.
