Update - Vindicia is declaring a Production database maintenance for Retain portal file upload feature on Monday, September 25th 2023 at 05:00 until Monday, September 25th 2023 at 06:00 UTC.
During the maintenance window, there will be downtime of about 60 minutes where the users will not be able to upload transactions using file upload feature of Retain portal. The service downtime will be between 05:00 and 06:00 UTC. Direct API integrations will not be impacted.
