Access to Portal 1.0 in Production will no longer be available from
Tuesday, Mar 8th, 2022 After 3PM PST. Active Portal 1.0 sessions will be ended
You will be automatically routed to Subscribe Portal 2.0 and no action is required from you.

Update -
Hi All,
Production alerts have cleared for FDMS, but staging is still down. FDMS prod batch is working, but the FDMS staging batch is still not. We do not have an ETA till now.

Merchants using FDMS/FiServ -- in staging and production -- are unable to connect to this payment processor.
FiServ/FDMS is seeing an issue for Batch processing. Realtime/Online does not appear to be affected. We do not have an ETA and Network team have reached out to the payment provider. We will provide more updates as they become available

Investigating -
There is connectivity issue for the Payment Provider ExaVault in Staging environment, getting connection timeout on ExaVault URL. Our network team communicated with ExaVault support team and they found connectivity issue at their upstream provider. Currently we received ETA of 60 mins.
