Vindicia is declaring a Production database maintenance window for Subscribe and Retain on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 between 02:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC.

During this maintenance window there will be up to 120 minutes of downtime between 04:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC where API calls (REST/SOAP) may fail, the User Portal may not be available, and Batch Billing will have processing delays.
