Vindicia will deploy Subscribe (formerly CashBox) 27.0.2 to ProdTest on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm Pacific Time.
As a matter of process, back-end database updates are deployed on Day 1 and application server updates are deployed the following day, Day 2.
Simultaneously with this Release Deployment, our renewed SSL certificate for our ProdTest SOAP API Endpoint soap.prodtest.sj.vindicia.com will be deployed as well. This will occur on Day 2 of this Release Deployment, when our application servers are updated.
If you are caching your API certificates, please reach out to us at https://clientsupport.vindicia.com or support@vindicia.com and we will provide you the updated one. The prior certificate will expire on August 7 at 5:00am PST.
This change will not affect merchants who do not cache their API certificates .
We do not anticipate any disruption to service during this process.
