A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Users of this ticketing system should now be able to use it without issues.

Users of the Vindicia Support Ticketing system:

may be experiencing issues that impact the ability to create and / or update support tickets -- and will cause a delay in Vindicia support's ability to respond to these tickets in a timely manner. This appears to have begun earlier today.

We are currently following-up with the third party vendor hosting the Vindicia Support ticket tracking system -- and will update this post once the underlying issue has been resolved.
