Vindicia had declared a Production database maintenance window for Subscribe and Retain on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 between 02:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC.

During this maintenance window there was 120 minutes of downtime between 04:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC where API calls (REST/SOAP) could have failed, the User Portal was not available, and Batch Billing will have processing delays.

THIS DOWNTIME HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR NEXT 30 MINUTES.
