The issue was identified at payment processor's end and we have asked for the RCA from their end. We have checked the system and it is operational now. Marking this incident as Resolved

Merchants using Chase Orbital -- in ProdTest only -- are unable to connect to this payment processor. This is an issue that Vindicia is investigating for remediation. This alert will be updated again once we have more information available to share.
