Reminder:

Vindicia Production is moving to AWS!!

Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 between 09:00 - 23:55 Pacific Time – Vindicia is declaring a maintenance window during which Vindicia will be making non merchant impacting changes leading up to the declared downtime.

Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 between 18:00 until 19:30 Pacific Time – Vindicia is declaring a production downtime of 90 minutes. Production will be down and services unavailable during this period.
REMINDER: Be sure you are signed up for “Day of” Updates?

Trust will be updated during the downtime, with start/end of downtime and frequent updates of our progress. Please ensure that you are subscribed to https://trust.vindicia.com/ for these updates.

Vindicia Production’s environment will migrate to Amazon Web Services (AWS)
on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021. Vindicia is declaring a maintenance window on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021, between 09:00 - 23:55 Pacific Time.

During this window, please expect a downtime of 90 minutes starting at 18:00 until 19:30 Pacific Time.

Production will be down and services unavailable during this period:.
1. APIs will be non responsive.
2. Any attempt to call Subscribe/Retain APIs will timeout.
3. Portal 1.0 and Portal 2.0 will not be available.
4. Scheduled reports and Ad Hoc reports will not run during this time.
5. The transaction status will be frozen at the start of the downtime, at 18:00 PST and will restart after the downtime at 19:30 PST.

Please refer to our trust page for updates on the progress of the migration as well as to be notified of when services resume.
