Identified

We are continuing to investigate this Production environment connectivity issue with Chase Paymentech.

After further review, we found that this issue only affects batch transactions (transaction renewals), not real-time transactions. Thus, Subscription Creation API Calls were not affected.

We retract our prior statement that real-time transactions are affected during this incident window.

Please note that this issue is intermittent as some batch transactions are successful, but not all.

In our efforts to coordinate with Chase Paymentech in resolving the connectivity issue, we are also working with them to reconcile the failed batches so that the affected batch transactions are recovered successfully.

We are getting connectivity issue for Chase Paymentech in Production environment, our Network team is in touch with Chase Paymentech team to get the further updates.

Please note that this issue will only affect merchants who are performing real-time transactions using ChasePaymentech. This may also affect Subscription Creations that use Chase Paymentech CreditCard Payment Methods.
