Our scheduled production downtime has been completed.

All Vindicia services, REST and SOAP APIs, as well as Vindicia Portal are back online and up and running. All API calls will now work as expected.

Please note that although our services are back online, we are still undergoing a non-impacting maintenance window until Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 at 00:00 UTC

DURING THIS MAINTENANCE WINDOW,
THERE WILL BE 60 MINUTES OF DOWNTIME ON August 16th, 2022 FROM 22:00 to 23:00 UTC AND THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING THIS PERIOD.

Please note that all API calls (REST,SOAP) will fail during this 60-minute window and batch billing may have processing delays.

The API calls (REST,SOAP) and User Portal will be available for the remaining period of the window.
