At the request of Chase Paymentech, Vindicia is declaring a Production maintenance window on Thursday, March 12, 2020, between 8pm and 10pm Pacific Time.

There will be an "up to five minute" downtime period, during which real-time Chase PaymentTech transactions will not be able to process -- for up to 5 minutes.

This maintenance is required by Chase Paymentech due to updated VPN requirements.

During the five minute downtime period, new customer signups and one-time transactions will be impacted.

PLEASE NOTE: Recurring transactions, and merchants not using Chase Paymentech, will be UNAFFECTED.
